Seth Rollins is putting himself over in a big way.
The reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion recently appeared on ESPN First Take to preview WrestlePalooza. During the interview, Rollins declared that he will be on the Mount Rushmore of pro wrestling once his career is over.
“When I put the robe on the shelf for the very last time, I will be on the Mount Rushmore of this industry, no question about it,” Rollins said.
Elsewhere in the interview, Rollins hyped up the mixed-person tag team match featuring himself and wife Becky Lynch against CM Punk and AJ Lee, calling Lee the “biggest wildcard” going into the bout.
“The biggest wildcard in all this is AJ Lee,” Rollins noted. “She hasn’t been in the ring in 10 years — we don’t know what she brings to the table. We are in the prime of our careers. There is no way we lose this match.”
