Matt Riddle: Brock Lesnar Cut An Elimination Chamber Match Short Because He Forgot His Spot

Former WWE star Matt Riddle has once again come into the limelight with his recent interview and comments on Brock Lesnar.

During a new interview with TMZ Sports, Riddle talked about the Mayor of Suplex City and how Lesnar’s mistake led an Elimination Chamber match getting shortened. For those who might not know, Brock Lesnar was part of the Men’s Elimination Chamber match 2022, where he defeated Riddle, Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Austin Theory, and Seth Rollins to emerge as WWE Champion.

Brock Lesnar dominated every contestant in the match and entered the match by breaking the Chamber pod. Matt claimed that the Beast forgot his entrance number in the match and eventually punched the plexiglass door. Riddle added that the match was 15 minutes shorter than scheduled. His remarks implied that the match was supposed to go longer, but Lesnar’s miscue led to time being cut.

“I’ve worked with Brock a couple times. At Extreme Rules, Elimination Chamber in Saudi. He literally forgot what number he was supposed to come out, punched the plexiglass door, which isn’t like super strong. I can kick through it, but you’re not supposed to. And then he just bum rushed. He cut the match by 15 minutes. Because he didn’t, he’s like, oh, sell. Like F-5.”

Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle already had a heated altercation in WWE
