WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry believes Bianca Belair should turn heel and align herself with Jade Cargill.
On a recent episode of WWE SmackDown, Jade Cargill shocked fans by turning heel after saving Tiffany Stratton from Kiana James and Giulia. What began as a rescue for Stratton quickly turned into a brutal ringside beatdown, showing a new, ruthless side by Cargill ahead of their upcoming match for the WWE Women’s Championship.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Mark Henry said he’d love to see Bianca Belair return to WWE as a heel and team up with Jade Cargill not necessarily as a tag team. “Hopefully in the future, when she heals up and she’s 100%, Bianca Belair comes back. There was not a better heel in the history of NXT than Bianca was. She was the ultimate heel. It got her her job on the main roster. And then, for whatever reason, the crowd loved on her and they turned her babyface.”
Henry suggested that Belair and Cargill could work as powerful solo stars who support each other. “But her and Jade are so close, why would they not allow them to – not be a tag team – but just to be support systems for each other, and get to the point that, ‘Hey, maybe one of these days we’re gonna have to cross paths, but we’re not gonna talk about that until it happens.’ And just allow them to be two evil people in pro-wrestling, which I would love.” [H/T: Wrestletalk]
Bianca Belair has been out of action since WrestleMania 41 in April, where she suffered a hand injury during her triple threat match with Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley. She briefly appeared in July as a special guest referee for the match between Cargill and Naomi at WWE Evolution.
