Seth Rollins says he’s still on track to recover from his shoulder injury.
Rollins appeared on the Rich Eisen Show, where he was asked about how his injured left shoulder is doing. Rollins was injured at WWE Crown Jewel, which led to him vacating the WWE World Championship and WWE writing him off of television.
“We’re on track. Yeah, we’re on track. I got the brace off last week, middle of last week, so it’s nice. It’s nice to walk around like a regular person.
“I know there’s a lot of skepticism in your question, TJ, but you can consult my surgeon,” Rollins joked. “I’m just saying, there was a lot of condescension in your voice. I’m feeling alright. I’m feeling alright. It’s nice to get around without the brace, I’ll say that. But yeah, we’re on track.”
Rollins closed by noting that he still feels bad about lying to everyone about his “initial” foot injury, alluding to the speculation that his current arm injury is fake.
Rollins initially said he would be out for six months. He recently shared an update on his progress on Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer and hopes he can start training for a return around February, which is in the middle of WrestleMania season.
