Wendy Choo put a fan on blast who shared a little too much information.
Choo, the NXT star who currently performs on WWE’s Evolve brand, shared a screenshot of an Instagram comment from a fan. The user, going by the name “bunnjaminbutton” wrote the following remark, inexplicably thinking it was an appropriate thing to share:
“I’d drag my balls through a mile of broken glass just to hear you fart through a walkie talkie.”
Choo was apparently speechless, judging by the ellipsis she wrote in response.
The phrase is apparently a meme that’s been around for several years, even Tweeted about by Stranger Things star Jamie Campbell Bower. It’s a pretty crude way of sharing how someone would go through pain to hear another person’s voice, but this still isn’t endearing or flattering; it’s just weird.
Wendy Choo moved to EVOLVE earlier this year. During an on-air vignette, she credited AJ Lee as the reason she started therapy. Choo shared that Lee’s message gave her hope when it came to her own therapy sessions.
“When I saw AJ Lee talk about therapy on Raw, it was the first time in a really long time that I felt hope,” Choo told her therapist in a new vignette.
