Bad Bunny Wears Disguise To Attend Wrestling Event

Bad Bunny has been spotted in Mexico.

Grammy-award winning recording artist Bad Bunny sat front row at a CMLL event on Tuesday, with a Mistico mask aiming to keep his identity a secret. That secret eventually came to light when Consejo Mundial De Lucha Libre confirmed him to be the person behind the mask.

“Should have taken more pictures!!!” CMLL wrote on Instagram alongside images of Bad Bunny under the disguise. “The multi-award-winning Bad Bunny lived The World’s Greatest Wrestling up close, vibrating with every fall and every key… and rocking none less than the mask of the King of Silver and Gold, Mistico! A unique evening that confirms that the magic of Arena Mexico conquers the whole world.”

Bunny is quite familiar with the professional wrestling world thanks to previous in-ring appearances under the WWE banner. The rapper made his wrestling debut at WrestleMania 37, where he and Damian Priest bested The Miz and John Morrison. Across the next two years, he returned to WWE for a surprise appearance in the Men’s Royal Rumble, then a San Juan Street Foght against Priest at Backlash 2023.

Mistico, the current CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion, main-evented Tuesday’s CMLL show in Mexico City in Best Two-Out-Three Falls tag team match alongside Titan. Together, the pair defeated Los Hermanos Chavez (Angel de Oro and Niebla Roja).
