We’ve gotten another look at Cody Rhodes as Guile in the upcoming live-action Street Fighter movie.
The American Nightmare is set to bring Col. Guile to life in the upcoming film. Rhodes shot scenes for the movie alongside the rest of the cast in Australia. Fans had only caught brief glimpses of Rhodes as Guile in the trailer until this behind-the-scenes content surfaced.
A new photo shared by the @WeWantCody fan account shows Cody Rhodes in full Guile gear, complete with the iconic hairstyle, posing for what appears to be a photoshoot.

Cody Rhodes said he initially thought he was going in for a general meeting with Legendary Pictures, only to find out they already wanted him to play Guile in Street Fighter.
“I went into a meeting thinking I was gonna talk to them about other stuff, and they told me, ‘We want you for Guile.’ And I know the role. I used to play (Street Fighter),” he told All The Smoke podcast.
Street Fighter is slated for release on October 16, 2026. The movie also stars Roman Reigns as Akuma, Jason Momoa as Blanka, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, and Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim.
Cody Rhodes is scheduled to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre in a Three Stages of Hell match later this week on SmackDown.
