Sonya Deville and Elayna Black have made their respective returns to pro wrestling.
Santino Marella introduced former WWE star Sonya Deville as the newest member of the TNA roster. Deville is going by a new name, Daria Rae, which she has been using professionally since leaving WWE in February 2025. Her debut was also highlighted by the acronym “S.U.I.T.”, which she implied meant “Shut Up [When] I’m Talking.”
Daria cut a promo about how great it was to be there, but suddenly turned heel on Santino and ran him down for being unprofessional. Daria got booed as she said she was there to provide structure, then announced she signed a new Knockout — Elayna Black!
Black, formerly known as Cora Jade in WWE, simply walked to the stage and got a pop from the crowd.
In the summer of 2025, Berenato told Chris Van Vliet that she intended to retire from pro wrestling. However, did not rule out a future return.
“Definitely for now. Never say never. But right now I feel at peace with that,” she told Van Vliet. “I’m not gonna lie, and I haven’t said this, but it almost is like an open wound. And if I think about wrestling somewhere else, it’s like I was so loyal to the company, it was my only home from 21 years old to 31. I’m a ride or die type of person in general. So it’s weird to even think about doing that, but not there.”
In July, Black also said she intended to take a break from pro wrestling, citing her mental health as the reason.
