WWE Royal Rumble is just a day away, and both the men’s and women’s matches are shaping up to be among the most stacked in recent memory.
Alongside established top stars, WWE is reportedly planning to spotlight rising talents by placing them in the same ring as some of the biggest names in the industry. As anticipation continues to build, several new stars from WWE NXT and AAA have reportedly been discussed for surprise Royal Rumble appearances in Saudi Arabia.
Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports Lola Vice has been discussed internally for a spot in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Vice is expected to be joined by another WWE NXT star, Sol Ruca, who had already been reported for the show after she was notably absent from this week’s NXT.
Sol Ruca’s absence stood out, especially as her tag team partner, Zaria, competed alone against Thea Hail on WWE NXT. On the men’s side, WrestleVotes Radio reported that AAA luchador Mr. Iguana has also been discussed as a potential surprise entrant in the Men’s Royal Rumble match.
PWInsider Elite also reported that both Lola Vice and Sol Ruca are indeed in Saudi Arabia. The report also added that another WWE NXT star, Kelani Jordan, was present with them as well.
If these reports turn into reality, the 2026 Royal Rumble could deliver several unexpected moments. WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H has already teased lots of surprises for the star-studded event, setting the stage for a memorable night.
