WWE’s Bianca Belair Shares Frustration About Recovery From Recent Surgery

Bianca Belair opens up about her recovery from surgery.

Two weeks ago, Bianca Belair underwent surgery for a finger injury she originally sustained at WWE WrestleMania 41. Since then, the former WWE Women’s Champion has largely focused on her physical therapy, with video updates coming regularly across her social media.

In her latest update, Belair admitted that the recovery process has been discouraging, especially as her finger continues to be in pain.

“Most days after therapy this is what happens. My finger just stiffens back up,” Belair wrote alongside an Instagram story showing her finger being inflexible. “It feels like I’m constantly starting over and every time it’s painful. Every hour I’m trying to move it so eventually it won’t be this way. Also, trying to keep scar tissue from forming again.”

Elsewhere on her IG, Belair revealed additional videos of her physical therapy, which included rolling a wooden tube and making a fist with marbles in her hand. Despite the frustration and the pain, Belair noted that she is especially grateful for the messages of support she’s received from fans.

“I see your DM’s and I appreciate the love and concern for my health,” she wrote in another IG story. “Especially to the Dad who said his 9 yr old son prays for me every night!”

As of this writing, the timeline for Belair’s in-ring return is unknown. Following WrestleMania 41, she notably appeared as the special guest referee at WWE Evolution in July 2025.
