The segment unfolded gradually, bringing multiple unexpected appearances into the frame as Rosemary continued assembling pieces for what she described as a multi-step strategy.
By the time the scene ended, fans had witnessed a surprising mix of returning and recently absent talent.
Allie, Johnny Swinger, and JDC Surface During Rosemary’s Mysterious Plan on TNA iMPACT
The segment centered on Rosemary as she confronted Johnny Swinger inside the return of Swinger’s Palace poker club. The longtime TNA personality was shown presiding over his familiar casino-style gathering when Rosemary arrived to negotiate.
Rosemary explained she needed an “asset” for the next phase of her five-step plan. In exchange for Swinger’s cooperation, she promised that his poker operation in Atlanta, Georgia, would continue running indefinitely — an offer clearly designed to appeal to Swinger’s love of gambling and deals.
After a tense negotiation, Swinger agreed to the arrangement. With the deal completed, Rosemary confirmed that the next step of her plan had fallen into place.
The segment also featured JDC, who appeared wearing a shirt labeled “retired.” His appearance marked a return to TNA programming after being written out earlier in 2026. JDC had last wrestled at TNA Genesis, where he faced Eddie Edwards following a storyline split with The System.
Just when the scene seemed complete, the camera shifted to reveal another surprise — Allie, also known to many fans as The Bunny. The former Knockouts star appeared bloodied during what appeared to be a resurrection moment within the storyline.
Allie had not appeared on TNA programming since leaving the promotion for AEW, making this a notable return for the character.
The segment ended with Rosemary stating that her plan was continuing to come together. With several unexpected players now involved, the storyline suggests that more twists could still be waiting in the wings.
