According to Fightful Select, WWE Speed Champion Elio LeFleur suffered an arm injury during the bout. He has since been seen wearing a sling.
The injury reportedly occurred during an in-ring sequence that prompted officials to signal for medical attention.
LeFleur wasn’t the only name involved in the moment. Lexis King also took a knee to the head during the same match. Although reports indicate he felt fine shortly afterward. In contrast, LeFleur’s condition remains less certain — and that uncertainty could be the real wild card.
Despite the injury, LeFleur was still scheduled to compete on the March 24 episode of WWE NXT. He was advertised to team with Eli Knight in a Tag Team Championship number one contenders tournament match against The Culling. On the night, the situation took another turn as during a tag team match between Fatal Influence and WrenQCC, the broadcast briefly cut to a backstage shot showing LeFleur lying out, reinforcing concerns about his condition.
It was a quick glimpse, but enough to suggest this wasn’t something he could simply “no-sell” and move past.
