A former NXT Champion is finally on WWE SmackDown.
SmackDown is currently being taped at the O2 Arena in London. The show will air on tape delay this Friday on the USA Network.

According to Fightful Select, a debut is set for this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
“Fightful Select has learned that Blake Monroe is set to debut on SmackDown during the taping that is taking place right now in the UK. Blake is set to attack Giulia following her bout with Kiana James.”
Update: Blake Monroe made her debut as reported. She ran in and attacked Giulia after the match with James.
How WWE set up the Blake Monroe vs. Giulia feud
For those unaware, Giulia turned babyface against James during the June 5 episode of SmackDown. The former WWE Women’s United States Champion snapped after being repeatedly shoved by James. The feud continued the following week on the blue brand, where Giulia took out James.
As for Blake Monroe, she spent some time in WWE NXT, where she reigned as Women’s North American Champion. She last competed on the brand in a Casket Match in April, where she failed to defeat Tatum Paxley for the title.
Blake Monroe vs. Giulia appears to be the direction WWE is heading in. Both women have a history together, having competed against each other during their time in Japan. It is worth noting that vignettes featuring Monroe have been airing on SmackDown for quite some time.
On May 15, 2026, Monroe defeated Jordynne Grace in a dark match before WWE SmackDown.
