IShowSpeed Teases Bigger WWE Future After WrestleMania 42 Debut

IShowSpeed isn’t ready to make WWE his full-time home just yet, but the popular streamer has made it clear that his WrestleMania 42 experience may only be the beginning.

After making his in-ring debut on WWE’s biggest stage earlier this year, Speed has opened up about his future with the company, hinting that fans may see much more of him down the road.

IShowSpeed leaves the door open for a bigger WWE role

Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show, IShowSpeed discussed the possibility of committing to WWE at a later stage in his career. While he stressed that he is still deciding what direction he wants to take professionally, he admitted that wrestling remains firmly on his radar.

“I genuinely think at some point in my career, I will take WWE a bit more seriously and actually be able to deliver my full self into it and immerse myself in it,” Speed said.

He added that now isn’t the right time to make that commitment.

“But right now, I’m still figuring out what I really want to do — what path I truly want to take.”

Those comments come after Speed’s in-ring debut at WrestleMania 42, where he teamed with Logan Paul and Austin Theory against LA Knight and The Usos.

Rather than simply making a celebrity cameo, Speed actively participated in the match and embraced the physical side of sports entertainment. It appears he didn’t just step into the ring — he hit the ground running.

According to Fightful Select, WWE officials were impressed with Speed’s attitude behind the scenes, praising him for fully committing to his WrestleMania role instead of treating it as a one-off publicity appearance.

Although Speed isn’t promising an immediate wrestling career, his latest comments suggest he sees long-term potential in WWE. For now, his primary focus remains outside the ring, but he has made it clear that a deeper commitment could come when the timing feels right.

With WWE already encouraged by his first outing and Speed leaving the door wide open, fans may not have seen the last chapter of his in-ring journey after WrestleMania 42.
