Sirena Linton has looked back on her fast-paced journey in WWE.
Seasons 1 and 2 of WWE LFG saw developing wrestlers compete for a spot on the WWE NXT roster. According to former LFG contestant Sirena Linton, her personal wrestling ability was still in its infancy stage when WWE thrust her onto the show for Season 1.
“I, walking in the doors of WWE, was thrown onto the show Legends and Future Greats on A&E literally two weeks into me starting at the company,” Linton said in a YouTube Q&A. “I didn’t even know how to lock up with somebody. Didn’t even know how to run the ropes, and I was put on this show. So if you go back and watch Season 1 to Season 2 to now, Season 3, which is still airing and footage is still coming out every Sunday of me, you will see my development. You will see me learn how to lock up; you will see my mistakes. You will see how much I’ve grown in three seasons, which was really not filmed in that long of a period of time.”
Linton is proud of her WWE work
Linton, a former NCAA All-American gymnast from the University of Arizona, came aboard WWE in late 2024. On Seasons 1 and 2 of WWE LFG, she then competed under the guidance of WWE legends Mickie James and Booker T.
WWE released Linton in April 2026. Still, she continues to appear on WWE LFG Season 3, which has pre-taped episodes airing on A&E.
“I’m very proud of what I’ve done,” Linton added. “I also am grateful for the fact that I was thrown on it because I had no choice but to basically learn everything. I was forced to either pick it up or basically get kicked off the show, to be honest. Yes, my departure happened, but being put in a position of pressure made me have to adapt. And I feel that that’s pushed me to learning how to wrestle and picking this stuff up faster than a lot of people would and can, to be honest.”
