Kick streamer N3on has issued a public apology and explained his side after accidentally filming WWE‘s Penta without his mask.
N3on was streaming live from Fanatics Fest in New York City, and while he was walking around the venue, his cameraperson filmed WWE’s Penta without his signature mask. The reigning Intercontinental Champion immediately asked him to delete the footage, and the streamer agreed.
However, since it was live, viewers had already screen-recorded the interaction and posted pictures of an unmasked Penta on social media. N3on received severe criticism from wrestling fans after the incident, and event staff also restricted his recording privileges the next day.
Despite the drama, WWE featured N3on at ringside at Saturday Night’s Main Event, identifying him on the broadcast as a streamer and YouTuber. Security also questioned him about streaming during SNME but allowed it after he stated he had permission from Paul Heyman.
N3on issued a public apology for filming Penta without his mask
After the incident, N3on made a public apology for filming Penta without his mask and removed the footage from his stream. However, he later noted that it wasn’t his fault, saying event staff told him he could stream in that area and also allowed Penta to walk around without a mask, clarifying that what happened was an accident.
“I just wanted to apologize. It was a clear misunderstanding. They told him that he could take the mask off in that area, and they told me I could stream in that area, and s**t happened. It was never my intention. I didn’t do it on purpose. I’m sorry,” N3on said.
“You’re mad because I leaked a guy’s face that I had no idea, bro, it was not my fault. They told him he could take his thing off. They told me I can stream in there. We both collided, and it didn’t work, and s**t happens, bro,” N3on said about the Penta situation.
