After The Match: Anderson Kicks Angle While He’s Down

Angle is still laid out in the ring and Mr. Anderson grabs Angle’s chain from ringside. The same chain he used to open Angle up. He lays it across Angle’s chest and spits on it. He walks off, leaving Angle laying. Mr. Anderson will fight either Mick Foley or Abyss in the next round.

Backstage: Eric Bischoff w/ Mick Foley & Abyss

Bischoff tells both guys he needs to make sure that there will be no shananigans. Bischoff reminds them if they try anything, he’s taking Abyss’ mask off. Abyss flips out but Foley calms him down. Bischoff makes Foley-Abyss a no disqualification match. He says the reason is because he wants them to use "this." He holds up the barbed wire bat. He says if either guy doesn’t use it, off comes the mask. Foley says they’ll use it. Abyss says he can’t, he doesn’t want to hurt Mick. End segment.
