When we return, Alberto lifts Punk after a pin attempt and punches his left shoulder then jumps on it and applies another high armbar. Punk once again makes it to his feet and punches out of the hold but Alberto flips him over and kicks his shoulder then goes up top. He hits a flying forearm smash then ties Punk in the ropes and pulls on his arm then backs off. Punk tries to rebound with a springboard crossbody but Alberto moves and connects with a heel kick then continues to work on his left arm. Punk fights back with some right hands but Alberto drops him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and drives his knee into Punk's shoulder.
Alberto hits another forearm smash from the top rope and gets a two count, then puts Punk in a triangle hold and kicks him in the head after Punk tries to armdrag him. Alberto goes back to the top rope but Punk sees it coming and kicks him in the side of the head, then smacks his arm to try and get some feeling back in it. They get up at the same time and go shot for shot, then Punk counters an Irish whip with a heel kick. He knees Alberto in the head then throws him in the corner and goes for a bulldog, but Alberto jumps down on him arm and gets another two count. He pulls Punk up then holds the ropes off of a reversal and ducks a heel kick then hits a German suplex for two.
Alberto goes for a Cross Armbreaker and Punk counters into the GTS, but that gets countered into a DDT for another two count and Alberto looks to Ricardo for advice. He tries to takes off the turnbuckle pad but the ref stops him and tries to fix it, and Ricardo slides him a chair. He goes to swing it but Punk blocks it then throws it back at him and falls on the mat and pretends to be out as Alberto throws it to the floor while the ref is turning around. The ref says he saw something happen but Alberto argues with him and says he never used it, then almost gets rolled up with a school boy for two. Alberto jumps up and hits a Backcracker for two, then Ricardo gets on the apron as Alberto tries to slam Punk into the exposed turnbuckle. Punk blocks him then hits the GTS using the exposed part of the post and makes the cover, then laughs at Ricardo trying to tell the ref what happened and hits him with the GTS and celebrates as RAW ends.
