John Cena Discovers Surprising Fact About ‘Hannah Montana’ Co-Star Jason Earles

WWE legend John Cena has learned a surprising fact about Hannah Montana co-star Jason Earles.

John Cena made a cameo appearance in the seventh episode of Hannah Montana Season 4, titled “Love That Lets Go,” which aired on September 12, 2010. He shared a scene with Jason Earles, who played Miley’s older brother Jackson Stewart on the show.

In the episode, Jackson tries to impress his new girlfriend, Siena, by reading her favorite book. However, he gets distracted by wrestling magazines and dozes off into a dream sequence, in which John Cena comes to life from the magazine. Cena gives him some aggressive advice in the dream, including hitting him with an Attitude Adjustment.

John Cena was surprised when he learned he and Jason Earles are the same age

John Cena recently appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to promote his new filmLittle Brother. They discussed Cena’s appearance in Hannah Montana, and the WWE legend said he didn’t get to share the screen with Miley Cyrus and that he only got to act with some kid, referring to Jason Earles. He was surprised when Fallon revealed that he and Earles were the same age when they did the scene, and even hit him with the classic “Are you sure about that?”

“I worked with some kid. Some young man, some kid who was on the show, 10 years old.” After learning they were both the same age, John Cena said, “Shut up! That’s not true. That is misinformation. Are you serious? Are you sure about that? Two people got that (pointing at the audience).

When Fallon asked how old he was when he appeared on the show, John Cena said he was in his mid-30s (33 to be exact). Cena also revealed that he wasn’t aware of the fact until now. “Not at all, I wasn’t aware until right now. I still think I’m being punked. There’s no way that’s true. Come on, look at that (pointing to the picture). I know I’m big boned, but that’s a kid. Well, you learn something new every day.”

Jason Earles recently admitted that he lied about his age to get the part of Jackson in Hannah Montana. He also said that an executive found out his age and that he was married, and asked him to wait to have kids so his cover wasn’t blown.
