Punk kicks Kane in the legs and elbows him in the corner, then Kane kicks him in the face and drops him with a right hand and gets a cover. Punk kicks him and puts him in a hammerlock, but Kane overpowers him and throws him out of the ring as we go to a break. When we get back, Punk is punching Kane in the back and goes up top, but Kane punches him out of the ring and Punk crashes down to the floor. AJ runs out to check on Punk, but Kane picks him up and drops him throat first on the guardrail while she watches. Kane rolls him back in the ring and gets a near fall, then he bodyslams him and hits an elbow drop.
Kane twists around on his neck, then Punk punches his way out of the hold, and Kane tries to chokeslam him but Punk counters with a DDT. Punk connects with a running knee and hits a second, then he goes for a bulldog but Kane tries to drop him with a sidewalk slam. Punk counters and drops him with a neckbreaker, then he kicks him a few times and counters a front slam with a toe kick for a two count. Kane gets up and catches him with a big boot for a near fall, then he runs at him but Punk avoids him and hits a bulldog for a two count. Punk tries to lift him for a GTS but his legs give out, then Kane hits a low dropkick for a two count before going up top. Punk dropkicks him in midair then he sets up for an elbow drop, but AJ jumps on the apron and warns him that Daniel Bryan is behind him.
Punk dives on Bryan and punches him a few times, then he goes back up top and hits an elbow drop for another near fall. He goes up top one more time, but Kane uppercuts him on the way down and calls for a chokeslam. Bryan jumps in the ring and hits a double missile dropkick to cause a disqualification, then he kicks the hell out of Punk while chanting 'YES!' He whips Punk into the corner but Punk clotheslines him and goes for a GTS, then Kane grabs them both and hits a double chokeslam. Kane sets his pyro off, then John Laurinaitis comes out and announces that Kane is in the WWE Championship match at No Way Out.
