WWE Live Event Results (12/27): Indianapolis, Indiana; Punk, Bryan and The Shield in Action

WWE Live Events The live results are courtesy of Derek L. from Indianapolis, IN:

1. Dolph Ziggler defeated Ryback in the first match of the night. Ryback actually went to the top to try a frog splash, but missed. Ziggler connected with a superkick for the victory.

2. Natalya defeated AJ Lee in a non-title match. Both Divas worked a considerable amount of submission holds throughout the match to make the pacing very slow. Natayla woudl finally counter a move by Lee and lock in the Sharpshooter.

3. The Prime Time Players defeated The Miz and Kofi Kingston. Before the match. MizTV had Kingston as the guest. They got into a heated exchange, which prompted Vickie Guerrero to make a tag team match. PTP picked up the win in a match that said to be confusing to the live crowd.

4. Bad News Barrett defeated Tyson Kidd. Wade picked up the victory when he connected with a Bullhammer elbow as Kidd was in the air.

5. The Uso's and Daniel Bryan defeated The Wyatt Family inside a Steel Cage. The crowd was completely over for Daniel Bryan, who received one of the biggest pops of the night. Daniel Bryan was able to escape the cage first to pick up the win for his team. It was said the match was fast paced and had some great high flying spots throughout from the faces.

6. Big E Langston defeated R-Truth and Damien Sandow to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Truth and Langston focused their attacks on Sandow during the match. They finally exchanged back and forth blows until Langston was able to finish off his opponents. Langston hit the Big Ending for the win on Sandow.

7. CM Punk defeated The Shield in a Handicap Match. The ending came when Reigns almost speared Ambrose, but stopped. This distraction allowed Punk to kick Ambrose in the back of the head and hit GTS.

Aside from working with WrestleZone, Isenberg began his career in Broadcast Journalism interning at ESPN and worked with CBS Radio for three years. He has also had the opportunity to interview some of the best athletes and performers alive, including Andrew McCutchen, Ben Roethlisberger, Chris Jericho, Billy Gunn, Karl Anderson, Matt Hardy, Steven Strasburg and others.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
