Update: WWE Superstar Injured; How Long Will He Be Out of Action?

RybackEarlier today we reported that WWE Superstar Ryback noted on Twitter that he’d be “going away for awhile” in order to “get some stuff fixed”. The tweet was quickly deleted, as per usual with the Big Guy’s social media account.

It was announced on tonight’s WWE Main Event that Ryback was recently injured, and Michael Cole noted that he will be out for a few weeks, while his tag team partner Curtis Axel continues to work singles matches. Neither star was in action this Monday night on Raw, so it’s unknown when the injury took place. WWE has yet to release an official statement, but we will keep you updated if more information becomes available.

KILLAM: It was just a week ago that Ryback got an awesome reaction from his hometown crowd; what terrible timing! I don’t mind Rybaxel, but I hope this short time off gives him some rest, and gives them time to come up with something a bit more substantial for the Big Guy to do on TV.
