Former WWE star and Total Divas cast member Eva Marie, who has not appeared on television at all this year, and will not be appearing on the next season of Total Divas, spoke with Wrestling Observer Live today and commented on her current status with WWE. Marie had the following to say on the show when asked if she is still with the company:
“Of course. I love WWE. So, are you going to see me on TV as of late? Not so much. But will I possibly show up at some random Monday Night Raw, Smackdown Live, and go snatch that title? You never know, I am ‘Miss All Red Everything’. So anything is possible, but for the time being, I definitely have some projects coming up that don’t allow me to be on the road as much as you need to be when you are a full-time WWE talent.”
As we noted back in April, both WWE and Marie have remained quiet about her status with the company as she was still part of Total Divas then and was doing media and promotional work for the show. It was noted, however, that a return to WWE TV was not likely for Marie, who had not appeared with the company since she was suspended back in August of 2016.
Eva Marie has a new movie premiering on June 30th titled “Inconceivable”, which stars Nicolas Cage and Gina Gershon.
Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.
