NXT Women’s Championship Match: Ember Moon (c) vs Shayna Bazsler
As soon as the bell ring Moon tries to dropkick Bazsler. Bazsler moves out of the way. Bazsler hits a stiff right hand that drops Moon. Moon falls to the outside. Bazsler tries to follow. Moon sweeps Bazsler legs. Moon hits a running double knee strike that sends Bazsler flying into the ring steps. Moon puts Bazsler in the crossface. Bazsler gets to the ropes. Bazsler rolls outside. Moon tries a PK on the apron. Bazsler catches Moon’s foot and sends her face-first into the apron. Bazsler gets a near fall. Bazsler tries to trap Moon’s arm but Moon gets away. Bazsler blast Moon with a running knee in the corner. Bazsler hits her rolling gut wrench suplex. Bazsler puts Moon in a bow and arrow stretch. Leaping palm strike by Moon. Bazsler hits a running knee. Bazsler obliterates Moon with a running knee for a near fall. Moon hits an enziguri. Moon tries a pin but Bazsler counters into the Clutch. Moon flips onto her back, crushing Bazsler in the process to get her to release the hold. Bazsler misses another running knee. Moon goes into a kick flurry. Butterfly suplex by Moon. Sliding facebuster by Moon for a near fall.
Moon misses springboard splash. Bazsler tries to step on Moon’s elbow as she has in the past. Moon moves out of the way. Moon strips Bazsler and steps on her hand. Bazsler looks scared as hell. Moon stomps on Bazsler’s arm. Moon goes up top but Bazsler hits the ropes, crotching Moon. Bazsler kicks Moon in the back. Bazsler’s arm is hanging. Bazsler goes out to the apron and slams her shoulder into the ring post twice to pop her shoulder back into place. Bazsler goes after Moon but Moon knocks Bazsler off the apron. Bazsler gets to her feet and hits the Eclypse off the top to the outside on Bazsler! Both superstars are down. Moon tries to pick up Bazsler but Bazsler flips Moon into the Clutch! Moon escapes by slamming Bazsler’s injured arm into the mat. Bazsler rolls into a triangle. Moon picks up Bazsler and powerbombs her to get out of the hold. Moon goes up top. Moon dives off the top for the Eclypse but Bazsler reverses it into the Clutch. Moon tries to escape but she is starting to fade. Bazsler can only hold this with one arm. Moon is yanking at Bazsler’s other arm. Moon is fighting like hell. Moon eventually passes out. The referee stops the match.
