I think because the six sided ring is gone, the ratings have gone down. Isn't that funny?! With the six sided ring, Jan 4 did 1.45 rating. (just finding something to blame :))
Eric Bischoff: Markus, you've just revealed yourself to be a complete moron.
Ive been a fan of TNA since 2004 and i love the fact your goin against wwe but i heard highups in TNA were dejected over the rating last mon...
Eric Bischoff: What you heard/read was from mis-informed internet sites. While most of us did expect a number slightly higher than 1.0, none of us were "dejected". Its a marathon not a sprnt and the fact that our key demos (which is the real target) were up was positive.

Eric, what is your reaction to Monday's rating and what do you think TNA has to improve upon in order to atleast build up to the 1.5 1/4 rating.
Eric Bischoff: Given all that was going on, am very pleased. We knew going in to this that it was going to take some time to build our audience on Monday nights. We put on a better show, with great talent and a lot of energy. Doing so consistently will help build our audience to reach TNA's/Spikes goals. Our key demos (men 18-34 and 18-49) were UP despite the overall rating. Thats what networks/advertisers focus on.
Hey Bischoff, someone suggested using some guys from American Gladiators. How does that sound?
Eric Bischoff: Like a bad idea.
it seesm like you're in retreat because of the rating of monday ...but you shouldn't ! you have the fuckin potential and what it needs to fight the monster. ...are you already givin up:( ?? hope not !
