Naomi Removes WWE References From Social Media, CM Punk Speaks On Situation

WWE Superstar Naomi has removed all references of being with the company on social media just days after walking out of a RAW taping with Sasha Banks and forfeiting the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

The company had already deleted her Facebook page and removed her merchandise from WWE Shop, although it remained on WWE’s official Amazon and eBay pages. The only indication that Naomi left regarding her WWE Status was her username, as changing that will remove her verified status with the platform.

Naomi’s profile once read “WWE Superstar NAOMI #FEELTHEGLOW”, it now focuses on links to her other social media pages as it did before with the beginning portion being deleted. Naomi has been fairly silent and laid back since walking out of RAW. Meanwhile, her partner Sasha Banks was seen at a Steve Aoki concert over the weekend having a good time and dancing on stage. Sasha has also remained off of social media since walking out of RAW.

AEW Superstar CM Punk can relate to what Sasha and Naomi are going through as Punk walked out of RAW himself back in 2014 in Cleveland. Punk took to Twitter to encourage WWE Superstars to support Sasha and Naomi regardless of their opinion on the situation. He said, “Doesn’t matter if your opinion of your coworker is positive or negative. Stand with them. Because they’ll do the same thing to you and you’ll wish someone helped,” Punk writes. “Trust me. You’re expendable. Together, you’re unstoppable.”
