Roxanne Perez: Everyone Knows I’ll Leave It All In The Ring

The Watch List takes a look at what matches you should be watching and they come recommended by today’s professional wrestling stars.

WrestleZone’s Bill Pritchard recently spoke with Roxanne Perez, who said her NXT Roadblock match with Meiko Satomura highlighted how hard she’s willing to push herself in the ring.

“Honestly it’s [maybe a] surprising [answer], but I would say my match with Meiko Satomura. I feel like I’ve proved to everybody that I will leave everything in the ring,” Perez said. “I will give every single part of myself that I have for this NXT Women’s Championship. So I’m pretty sure now that everybody knows that [now].”

Roxanne Perez successfully defended her NXT Women’s Championship against Meiko Satomura, but she collapsed in the ring after the match and left in an ambulance. The storyline played out in the subsequent weeks of NXT television, as she was cleared in time to defend her title at NXT Stand & Deliver.

Elsewhere in the interview, Roxanne Perez said she’s lucky to have so many people that have aided her throughout her career.

“There’s been so many people along the way that have helped me and I’m grateful,” Perez said.
