WZ Mailbag: Cena Feuding with Owens, Elimination Chamber Reaction, WM32 Selling Out, TNA Using Old School Branding & More

josh isenberg Who are your Top 10 wrestlers of all time? Do you see any young wrestler to have a great career, if so who is that person?

Well, I can’t really name a top 10 because there are so many different things you have to consider, but I will say that my favourite wrestler of all time is Matt Hardy. Hardy has always clicked on all levels on me for some reason and he’s my favourite if I really do have one. There are plenty of young NXT talent that can have great careers, guys like Kevin Owens and Neville cone to mind.

I have no idea what TNA is doing. I think they need to go back to branding TNA back on television. Put the logo back in the bottom right corner so people know what they are watching. Put the TNA logo on the ropes or in the center of the ring. Enough of this “Impact Wrestling” brand! Take the arena and make it red and black again and have the commentators sit ring side. Watching TNA looks like a mickey mouse production! It isn’t working. It should just be TNA Impact, like WWE Raw or WWE Smackdown. Do you think TNA will ever go back to branding that way?

TNA certainly has an unusual way of doing things, but I am fine with the branding. By being in Destination America, they won’t attract too many new viewers anyway – most of the people watching are loyal fans, so I don’t see it being as important as it was on Spike. Some of the stuff does seem kind of awkward but I am fine with all of it, personally.

I know I may be a little late to the party but is WWE Saturday Morning Slam still on?

Yes, you’re slightly late – it was cancelled after the first season commenced, around May 2013.
