Bray Wyatt Faces off Seth Rollins

I am a fan of both men in this feud. Bray Wyatt has always been a guy with potential of being “the face” of a show. He has yet to really accomplish that. Seth Rollins is one of the best all around performers in WWE. Tonight was the planting of the seeds, with Wyatt saying Seth can beat a King but not a God. He disappears and then appears back on the screen.

There was nothing from Wyatt that we have not heard from before. His visions and his work on the mic are always strong, but they are repetitive. What haven’t we heard from Bray Wyatt in his career? Where is his development? The evolution? Instead of focusing on him cutting the same promo from week to week, there should be something fresh. How about Wyatt trying to find new men to join his family?

He is such a great leader and works when people are following him. At the end of the day, why are these two guys feuding? Is it just because they do not have anyone else right now? I will keep an open mind, but there needs to be more focus on Seth Rollins than Bray Wyatt. Let Seth be the beneficiary in this feud and hopefully failure can actually help Bray Wyatt get back to the level we all want him to see.

Women Battle

A six woman tag team match showed the return of Emma, as she teamed with Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss to take a loss against Sasha Banks, Mickie James and Dana Brooke. Although WWE gave us more women on our television, the match booking and outcome was below average. The only positive is Sasha Banks getting the win and possibly feuding with Alexa Bliss. Unfortunately, Nia Jax might be pushed to the side for the sole purpose of being too big and strong to be developed into a feud.

Bayley was interviewed by Corey Graves and it came off so weird. She talked about never changing and then wanting a hug at the end of the interview. Instead of WWE realizing that fans are turning on her because of her gimmick and trying to alter it, they are just going to see how long they can go. She needs to change, needs to adapt to a more aggressive era.WZ 4
