Backstage, Austin Aries says the reason he is fighting El Texano because there is no one else left for him to fight.

El Texano vs Austin Aries w/ Moose and Killer Kross
Texano grabs an armbar. Aries flips out of it. Arm drag by Aries. Head scissor by Texano. Aries headstands out of it and lands a dropkick. Texano runs over Aries. Slingshot senton by Texano. Aries begs off. Aries stuns Texano on the top rope. Topé by Aries. Texano punches Aries in the face. Aries falls to the outside. Texano kicks Aries in the chest. After the break, Aries rakes Texano’s back. Aries stomps Texano in the corner. Aries sends Texano into the turnbuckle. Aries misses a leapfrog. Texano and Aries trade back rakes.
Tilt-a-whirl backbreaker by Texano. Aries says he is going to leave. Aries grabs Texano’s bull rope. The referee takes it from Aries. Aries tries to hit Texano with the belt. The referee sees Aries. Texano superkicks Aries. While the referee has his back turned Texano whips Aries with the bull rope. Texano tries a powerbomb but Aries reverses it into the brainbuster by for the win.

After the match, Johnny Impact appears on the screen. Impact says Aries will be seeing him sooner than he thinks. Aries says he isn’t going to fall for the same trick Aries pulled before. Impact walks down the ramp as Aries has his back turned looking at the crowd. Impact superkicks Aries. Aries, Moose, and Killer Kross try to leave through the crowd but Eddie Edwards appears and chases them with kendo sticks.
