In-Ring Segment: Drew McIntyre
Mcintyre condemns Randy Orton’s actions last week. Orton’s heinous acts against a 71-year-old man were despicable. While McIntyre is talking, Retribution assaults the production area.
After the commercial break, McIntyre is backstage with most of the locker room. McIntyre rallies the troops. Seth Rollins walks in says just because McIntyre is the champion doesn’t make him a leader. McIntyre tells Rollins that he has been screaming about being a leader for years but no one respects him. Murphy steps in McIntyre’s face. Rollins and Murphy walk away.
In-Ring Segment: The Hurt Business
MVP calls out Retribution. MVP says they have to be connected to Apollo. Apollo Crews walks out and says he knew MVP would make excuses. Crews says if he beats Shelton Benjamin tonight, Lashley and Benjamin have to stay at catering during his match with MVP at SummerSlam. MVP accepts.
