Tonight’s WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony included the legendary figure Eric Bischoff honored, with Bischoff finally making his way into the Hall of Fame. During his speech, Bischoff praised those who came before him, saying he was simply standing on the shoulders of giants.
“I’ve had the privilege to stand on the shoulders of the giants that came before me,” Bischoff said in his speech. “As I stand here right now on this amazing platform. One of the most amazing platforms in the world of entertainment. I want to thank the giants that gave me that opportunity. Those giants are the people that have taken this industry we love from what was a traveling circus or a sideshow as part of the circus to become one of the most powerful forms of entertainment anywhere in the world.”
Bischoff was clearly extremely proud and grateful for the induction, and it marks yet another incredible moment in a career filled with some great accomplishments.
