MSK made a splash for themselves when they entered NXT with a bang, and during tonight’s NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, the duo stunned everyone by capturing the vacant NXT Tag Team Championships in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match.

In a match featuring MSK, Legado Del Fantasma, and Grizzled Young Veterans, the three tag teams were going at it from the very start. Looking to stake a claim as the best tag team in NXT, Legado Del Fantasma had an early advantage, as it looked like they would be able to walk out with a big win early on. However, towards the end, MSK began to gain some momentum, including surviving a huge dual submission attempt.

After getting up and resetting things, MSK was able to rally, and Carter and Gibson began to brawl in the ring before Carter landed a double cutter on both he and Drake. Following that, Lee and Carter managed to team up and hit their finisher on Gibson for the win.
