WWE is loading up the card for the August 15 episode of WWE NXT.
During the August 8 edition of the show, WWE confirmed that The Dyad (Jagger Reid & Rip Fowler) will challenge Tony D’Angelo and Jagger Reid for the NXT Tag Team Championship. The bout will mark the first title defense for D’Angelo and “Stacks.” The duo won the titles by beating Gallus at NXT Great American Bash.
Additionally, NXT Carmelo Hayes’ next challenger will be determined. Following a heated confrontation between Wes Lee and Dijak, the two stars will clash in a #1 Contender Match. Hayes will defend the title against the winner at NXT Heatwave on August 22.
Elsewhere on the show, Dana Brooke will take on Blair Davenport, and Trick Williams will clash with Drew Gulak.
