WWE held a live event in Palm Desert, California on Saturday night, but LA Knight was not one of the Superstars in attendance. Knight was removed from WWE’s slate of events after testing positive for COVID-19 before SmackDown on Friday night.
According to F4WOnline.com, WWE offered fans refunds if they requested one due to Knight’s absence. It’s unclear if this is a new policy under the TKO ownership merger, but it was noted that WWE typically only announced talent in advance if it was a top drawing name like a Roman Reigns or Seth Rollins. One could speculate that this is notable because it speaks to how WWE views Knight in high regard.
