AEW continues to load up the card for the February 24 episode of AEW Collision.
In a tweet, Tony Khan announced that Sammy Guevara will take on Powerhouse Hobbs in a No Disqualification match where The Don Callis Family and Chris Jericho will be banned from the building on Saturday. This comes after Hobbs overpowered Guevara during a brawl on the February 23 episode of AEW Rampage.
Hobbs and Guevara have been feuding since Guevara returned to AEW in December. They were briefly stablemates in the Don Callis Family, but Guevara turned on the group upon his return. He has aligned with Chris Jericho in the latter’s rivalry against the group.
The updated card for Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision is as follows:
- No Disqualification: Sammy Guevara vs. Powerhouse Hobbs
- Bryan Danielson vs. Jun Akiyama
- FTR vs. Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty
- Serena Deeb vs. Kiera Hogan
- Thunder Rosa in action
- Jay White, Colten Gunn, and Billy Gunn vs. TBA
