Mustafa Ali Says He Will Become The Greatest TNA X-Division Champion Of All Time

Mustafa Ali is honored to hold the TNA X-Division Championship, and he says he will be the greatest X-Division Champion ever.

Former WWE star Mustafa Ali made his TNA in-ring debut at TNA Sacrifice. There, he defeated Chris Sabin to win the TNA X-Division Championship.

Speaking with The Mini Host (via Straight Talk Wrestling), Mustafa Ali was asked to comment on his experience with TNA so far.

“Amazing. I grew up as a TNA kid, if that makes sense, so guys like Will Ospreay, Ricochet, myself, this is what we grew go watching coming up in the industry,” Mustafa Ali said. “So I kind of had a surreal experience my first night in TNA. I made my entrance and I do my signature pose, and when I looked down, I saw TNA in the ring, I had these goosebumps, like oh man, this happening. It hit me there. So it’s an honor and privilege to step into a TNA ring.”

Mustafa Ali Comments On Winning The TNA X-Division Championship

Mustafa Ali was then asked to comment on winning the TNA X-Division Championship. He stated that it was an honor and a privilege, and he stated that he would become the greatest X-Division Champion of all time.

“Again, another surreal moment because the X-Division Title meant so much to guys like me, junior heavyweights,” Mustafa Ali said. “You get to see guys like AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, the Motor City Machine Guns, Amazing Red, guys that I now get to share the ring with as well in the future.

“So to hold that championship, what a prestigious championship, the lineage with it. I’d say gonna go ahead and become the best greatest X-Division Champion of all time, but that’s me being humble when I say it, obviously. But it is a privilege and honor to hold such a prestigious championship.”
