Logan Paul wanted Karrion Kross to be part of his match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41.
At WrestleMania 41, Karrion Kross showed up during Logan Paul and AJ Styles’ match. He tried to give him brass knuckles during his match with Logan Paul. The storyline showcased how Kross was trying to make Styles more ruthless. However, Styles turned down his help and got distracted, and ended up losing the match.
Karrion Kross revealed his contract with WWE expired on August 10. On his YouTube channel, he discussed various things like the challenges he faced, how he feels about his contract expiring and his desire to stay with WWE.
He also revealed that Logan Paul personally pushed for him to be included in the WrestleMania 41 match. “I think there was something we could have even done with Logan before he moved on to other things. I was born in ’85, so I didn’t necessarily grow up with younger generations like they did with Logan Paul. I don’t know a lot about him outside of my interactions with him”
“But I will say, like, I like the guy. I’ve always liked the guy. My wife thinks he’s great. He’s always been kind to us. And one thing that I thought was really awesome that he did was, he was somebody who actually pushed for me to be involved with the match, with him and AJ at WrestleMania.”
“And, like, I found out, like, only a few hours before I was actually going to do it. I thought that was really cool that he did that. When I saw him the next day, I, at the very least, made sure that he knew. Yeah. I went up to him, and I shook his hands, thank you. I know you said something because somebody told me he was very cool about it.”
Karrion Kross says he wanted to work with Logan Paul
“I was hoping we were going to work towards that. Since it’s very clear that we’re not working towards that, I might as well tell you guys. But he’s a good dude and he rolled with it. And I thought that he could probably use what I was doing and saying and use that for heat, which I think he kind of did.”
“But there’s a lot of people not mentioning any names as of recently but there’s a lot of outsiders that can’t hang with you, and they just disappear. He’s not one of them. And the guy’s loaded, and there’s a lot of sh*t he could be doing with his free time, and instead, he’s risking his life doing really wild sh*t. So, he’s another one to watch for. He’s probably going to do something crazy at SummerSlam. But, I was very much hoping I was going to be able to run something with him. I was like, “It’s right there. Let me do something. We will shock you. We will give you ECW.”
