Karrion Kross reveals an original pitch from Bray Wyatt that would’ve seen him become an extension of the Wyatt Sicks storyline.
Former WWE Superstar Karrion Kross is trending big time on social media. The former two-time WWE NXT Champion and his wife, Scarlett, left the promotion after their contracts expired on August 10.
Kross himself confirmed his departure after weeks of speculation about his status with the company. He referenced his “worked shoot” from the Sam Roberts podcast the day after WrestleMania, noting he unsuccessfully tried to secure a new contract.
Karrion Kross says Bray Wyatt’s vision for Wyatt Sicks included him
In a recently released documentary, Karrion Kross revealed Bray Wyatt wanted to include him and The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) in a Wyatt Sicks storyline. This is something that Kross had teased earlier this year, although details were scarce at the time.
“Bray wanted to start with the Sicks, but he wanted to expand,” Kross said. “One of his ideas was to have me, Vinny and Dutch (The Righteous) as the extension of the Wyatt faction. He had a totally different name for it and everything. We were gonna be a on a totally different show, like RAW.
Vincent of The Righteous confirmed Kross’ comments with a follow-up tweet, calling it “100% true story.”
The Righteous recently worked for AEW, where they primarily wrestled for the Ring of Honor brand. The pair left the company in May.
