Kelly Osbourne claps back at Becky Lynch for her comments made on WWE Raw.
On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, Nikki Bella again laid out a challenge for Becky Lynch to defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Eventually, Lynch gave in, under the condition that their title match would take place at WWE Clash In Paris, and not in Birmingham, England, the site of Raw. Lynch, who trashed the UK city earlier in the segment, then took another dig at it in that moment, while also invoking the name of the late Ozzy Osbourne.
“You can have your match, but in Paris at Clash because I’m not wrestling in Birmingham,” Lynch told Bella. “The only good thing that came out of here died a month ago, but in fairness to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the good sense to move to LA, a proper city. Because if I lived in Birmingham, I’d die too.”

Like the live audience at Raw, these lines were not a hit with Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne. On her Instagram Stories, Kelly called out Lynch for the “disrespect.”
“You are a disrespectful dirtbag!” Kelly wrote. “Birmingham would not piss on you if you were on fire. #birminghamforever. Shame on the @wwe for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!!!”
Ozzy, who grew up in the Birmingham area, played his final show at the Back to the Beginning concert in the respective city on July 5, just weeks before his death at the age of 76 on July 22. In the world of wrestling, Ozzy notably served as a guest host of WWE Raw. He also co-managed The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and The Dynamite Kid) at WrestleMania 2. In 2021, WWE inducted him into the celebrity wing of their Hall of Fame.
