Matt Riddle had a lot to say about his wrestling colleagues CM Punk and AJ Lee, including some wild accusations about both.
Speaking to TMZ, Riddle was asked his feelings on the recent reports on AJ’s alleged return. Riddle said he no real problems with Lee, but did say that Lee used to “get around.” He then alleged that she was hooking up with various stars in the past.
“I mean, to be fair—and I’m not one to talk, I’m a little slutty myself, but she did go get around from what I heard,” said Riddle. “But no disrespect to that.”
In another surprise comment, Riddle touched briefly on Punk. He and the WWE legend notoriously don’t like one another. However, Riddle seemed to take it a step further in the interview. Riddle said he had no ill will toward anyone, including Punk, but then called Punk “fake” and a “creep.”
When asked what Riddle meant by “creep,” Riddle didn’t hold back. “I don’t know. I feel like he’s just lingering around the NXT locker room a little too much.” When it was brought up that Punk is seen as a mentor by many in NXT’s locker room, Riddle said that was “one way of putting it.”
Riddle continued to lay into Punk, calling him a “bitch” and saying he would fight the star in any setting he chose.
