How does Taz feel about doing commentary with Bryan Danielson every week on AEW Dynamite?
All Elite Wrestling‘s Taz was a recent guest on Going Ringside. When asked for his thoughts about Bryan Danielson joining the Dynamite broadcast team, Taz said he thinks it’s cool to have two analysts at the booth and admits it will take a few weeks for them to get their chemistry right.
“I think it’s cool. I like Bryan, I respect Bryan, and get along great with him. He’s got great insight. Some people say, ‘Well, wait a minute, Taz is an analyst, so now we have another analyst in Bryan Danielson’ – that’s true, and it’s okay to have two analysts, it happens in mainstream sports all the time…
“It’s okay to have two analysts because we have different perspectives on what you’re seeing, the physicality going down in the ring. So I’m happy that Danielson’s part of the announce team with us, with Excalibur and myself, and I think it’s cool.
“We’ve just gotta build some chemistry together, you understand this, in broadcasting, it takes some time to get a little… as a unit, especially a three-person booth can get a little tougher. So we just need a little time to get our sea legs as a unit under us a little bit. And we will. It’ll take a couple of weeks.” [H/T: WrestleTalk]
