Braun Strowman Admits He Misses Being In The Ring

Braun Strowman says he’s enjoying his break from pro wrestling but admits that the competitor in him misses being in the squared circle.

The former WWE Universal Champion is currently busy promoting his new food show, Everything On The Menu, which had its premiere on the USA Network on October 24.

During a recent appearance on the Battleground Podcast, the former WWE Superstar was asked about his plans for a potential wrestling comeback in the foreseeable future.

“I mean, these things are available for anybody that wants these (shows hands). We just got to figure out the money side of it,” Braun Strowman said. “Because I learned when you’re good at something, you don’t do it for free.

“But no, honestly, I miss being in the ring and I miss being in the locker room. A lot of the other stuff that comes along with it, I’m enjoying the break from because it’s very stressful. I mean, I’m still traveling a lot, but I’m getting to travel instead of like, all right, it gets to where it’s a job. Now I’m really excited about what I’m doing.” [H/T: Fightful]

Braun Strowman was part of WWE’s roster cuts in May. The Monster Among Men hasn’t taken any wrestling bookings since, noting that he’s semi-retired from the business.
