Aleister Black spoke highly of Triple H, highlighting his unmatched attention to detail and hands-on leadership across WWE.
Speaking to Cam Hawkins of Yahoo’s Uncrowned, Aleister Black praised Triple H for shaping every part of WWE’s presentation. Returning to a new WWE under Triple H’s leadership, Black noted how many former NXT stars are now major players on the main roster.
He said Triple H’s influence is visible in everything, describing his involvement as constant, and praised his attention to detail in all departments.
“There is never a moment where he’s not involved. As soon as the meeting is done and we get our collective text messages to meet at the ring because we’ve got to do X, Y and Z, he’s always there. He’s always talking. He’s always helping. He’s always presenting. He gets in the ring and he shows everybody what he thinks, and he’ll take bumps.”
Black said this level of commitment shows the same passion Triple H had during his in-ring career. “It’s a different level of caring, but it’s the same level of caring that he had in his own career. It’s just translated now differently with us, so everything has a piece of Triple H in there.”
Black’s praise carries weight, as he was once NXT Champion during Triple H’s Black & Gold era and has now worked with him again since returning to WWE in April. For Black, Triple H’s leadership remains consistent: detailed, passionate and deeply invested in elevating talent.
