Street Fighter is bringing the battle from the arcade to the big screen in 2026.
Paramount Pictures released the first look at the new Street Fighter movie during The Game Awards. The cast, which includes Roman Reigns as Akuma and Cody Rhodes as Guile, was also on hand to introduce the clip.
What is Street Fighter about?
After the reveal, Paramount Pictures also shared the film’s official synopsis. Street Fighter takes place in 1993, which is after the first two games in the series were released. The film also centers on Ryu and Ken, two of the main characters from the long-running video game franchise.
