Bayley Revealed How Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan Helped With Wrestling Seminar

Bayley shared why she started her wrestling seminar and how WWE stars like Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan quickly stepped in to support it.

In December, Bayley hosted a free three-day Lodestone Seminar in Orlando, Florida, to help experienced female independent wrestlers. The seminar featured surprise appearances from Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and even John Cena.

Speaking on What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon, which was recorded before the seminar, Bayley explained where the idea for the seminar came from.

“I’ve been thinking about it for a while, or just trying to figure out how to. So I always thought that one day I would open up my own school because I always thought, you know, like, who knows how long I could wrestle or, you know, that they want me here.”

“But I always know that I’m going to feel passionate about it and want to, you know, help others. And I don’t know if I’d make a great producer. I think I’d make a better trainer, but I’m not quite ready to do that yet or, like, open the school.”

She said traveling overseas and visiting different wrestling schools inspired her, and with fewer live events and matches, she felt motivated to stay active and keep contributing. She continued, “And it just feels like the right time because women’s wrestling is so big and it’s so popular.”

“Girls are just like you see online, people just pop up and like, ‘Oh, she’s—I never heard of her, and she’s great.’ So I think it was just the timing of me just wanting to do something and feel like I’m still contributing to the business, kind of.”

“And then, yeah, I just thought, I’m literally like, all they have to do is fly themselves in. It’s a free three-day seminar. I got them a big Airbnb and transportation and everything because I just want it to be fun and easy for them but get the experience. It’s like something you’re going to remember forever.”

She revealed that Liv Morgan even covered the meal prep for the participants. “Liv paid for the meal prep,” Bayley said. “Everybody helped.”

When McMahon asked about guest instructors, Bayley confirmed that several top names quietly volunteered.

“So, like, Rhea and Bianca will come the first day,” Bayley said, noting that the attendees had no idea they were coming. “No. So all these girls are coming just because they think it’s just me. Which is crazy. I know, it’s awesome. I know. It’s crazy”
