Natalya invites Sol Ruca to train at The Dungeon
Sol Ruca comments caught the attention of Natalya, who publicly reached out to Ruca on social media with a special invitation. On X, formerly known as Twitter, Natalya wrote, “Hi @SolRucaWWE ! Here’s your invite to The Dungeon. I promise it’s nothing like anything you’ve ever done before. Let me know if you’re up for it.”
The Dungeon is a private wrestling training facility in Tampa, Florida. Natalya and TJ Wilson based it on the famous Hart Dungeon in Calgary The modern Dungeon focuses on high-level training. It includes in-ring work, conditioning, and rehab.
Many WWE stars have trained at the facility. They include Liv Morgan, Maxxine Dupri, Apollo Crews, Ilja Dragunov, and Nikki Bella. Ruca wants to strengthen her technical wrestling skills. Training at The Dungeon could help her become an even more well-rounded competitor.
