Hulk Hogan Estate Sued Over Claim Real American Beer Company Was Stolen

Hulk Hogan’s estate has been dragged into yet another legal battle.

According to Us Weekly, the estate is facing a lawsuit for allegedly stealing the idea for a beer company the late wrestler launched shortly before his death.

“On Tuesday, January 20, Carma HoldCo Inc., a holding company specializing in celebrity licensing and branding, filed court docs in Florida claiming Hogan’s estate owed it $10 million immediately for breach of contract and other claims,” the outlet reported.

Carma HoldCo Inc. initially filed a lawsuit against Real American Beer in July 2025, alleging that its former president poached business ideas and brought them to the late WWE Hall of Famer. The lawsuit also claims Carma had been in talks with Hogan about serving as a brand ambassador while developing a “Real American” beer line together.

“As a direct and proximate result of Defendants’ breaches, [Carma] has suffered damages in an amount to be proven at trial but at least ten million dollars,” the suit read.

In their response filed that October, the defendants denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

“CARMA’s suit is meritless,” the response read. “It never developed or contracted for a beer, had no agreement with Hulk Hogan, and owned no beer-related trade secrets. Defendants neither solicited Hogan nor interfered with any contract or relationship.”

The case remains ongoing at the time of this writing.

In February 2025, Hulk Hogan and his Real American Beer company were sued for negligence by an Akron woman who alleged she was struck in the head with a sealed can of beer.

Hogan launched the brand with investors in June 2024. The company secured a major distribution deal with Walmart in April 2025 and also serves as the official beer sponsor of WWE RAW.
