The road to WrestleMania 42 took a new turn on the March 16, 2026, episode of WWE RAW. By the end of the opening segment, it looked like a rising WWE powerhouse had answered Brock Lesnar’s open challenge for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.
The show started with a tense segment featuring Seth Rollins. He came to the ring with many masked followers surrounding him. Rollins removed his mask and grabbed a microphone to speak. He said that he created “The Vision” and he would be the one to destroy it since their betrayal. He also warned that anyone connected to Paul Heyman would become a target.
Seth Rollins also mentioned how he attacked Heyman the previous week. Just then, Heyman appeared on the stage with a bloodshot eye and a cut on his nose. Rollins mocked him and promised to make Heyman’s life miserable for betraying him. Heyman walked down the ramp while making sarcastic comments about Rollins. He then introduced Lesnar in his own unique manner.
The Beast Incarnate walked to the ring to wreak havoc. Rollins stood in the ring while his masked followers prepared to fight. But Lesnar didn’t waste time and took them out easily. Just as Lesnar and Rollins faced each other, the arena lights went out.
Oba Femi made his entry.
Oba Femi Takes Out Brock Lesnar During WWE RAW Segment
The former NXT Champion walked to the ring while Lesnar kept his eyes locked on him. Femi stepped into the ring and stared at the Beast. Lesnar briefly looked like he might attack Rollins, which caused Rollins to leave the ring.
When Lesnar turned back, Femi suddenly attacked him and hit his powerful Fall From Grace finisher.
With Lesnar down on the mat, Femi placed one foot on his chest and then pointed toward the WrestleMania sign. Lesnar then rolled out of the ring, shocked by what had just happened. Triple H wasted no time in making the match official for the Show of Shows after that blockbuster opening segment.
The feud between Lesnar and Femi started in the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble. During the match, Femi had an intense face-off with Brock Lesnar, which ended with Lesnar eliminating him.
After this week’s RAW segment, it is now confirmed that Oba Femi has accepted Brock Lesnar’s open challenge for WrestleMania 42.
