Jordan Brand gifted Roman Reigns the unreleased “Bloodline” Air Jordan 12 ahead of his clash against CM Punk at WWE WrestleMania 42.
Roman Reigns excitedly unboxed the pair on a video posted on X/Twitter and shared his reaction to the gift. The ‘Bloodline’ Air Jordan 12 is finally dropping on May 23, 2026, after years of delays and heavy speculation.
“The Bloodline, baby, that’s where it all started. That’s what it’s all about. Jordan Brand gets that. It’s all about the family, the generations, the next-up moving it forward, paying it forward through the game. Love it, man. Thank you, brother,” Roman Reigns said.
Roman Reigns had worn Jordan Brand shoes on several occasions on WWE television. He returned to the promotion at SummerSlam 2024, wearing the limited-edition Air Jordan 1 Retro Low x Trophy Room. He had also announced a partnership with Jordan Brand after WrestleMania 39 to release Bloodline-branded sneakers at the beginning of 2025.
Roman Reigns says he’s done being a part-time star and also responded to Oba Femi
Following his victory over CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night 2, new World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns appeared on the PLE’s Post Show. After reacting to his victory, Reigns noted that he’s done being a part-time performer and that he’ll be around more throughout the summer.
“I’m gonna take you all to Monday Night RAW tomorrow night. I’ll see you all tomorrow night. That’s where we’ll see y’all. All this part-time stuff, we’re gonna fix that. Y’all better make some room, because you’re gonna see my ass all summer,” Roman Reigns said.
Roman Reigns then addressed Oba Femi, who had called him out after his win against Brock Lesnar at the PLE.
“Oba had a big night,” Roman Reigns said, pausing as the crowd chanted in Femi’s favor. “Oba, you’re gonna kill me? You seem to be a little fresh in this business. You did a big thing tonight, but I’ve done that many times — and I’ve done it with the title on the line. I took it, I defended it. Let’s see how you do through the summer. Let’s see how you do, and then we’ll know if you can step up to the greatest of all time.”
